Ant Weight Battle Bot
Project Overview
This project was done as an assignment for a class (ME 302) at UT, where students learn about differtent manufacturing methods, GD&T, and different softwares to build a one-pound battle bot for combat at the end of the semester.
In this project, my team and I created a battle bot that drove around on two wheels, with a spinner at the front and a puncher at the back.
I mostly took ownership of creating the frame, validating the design via FEA analysis, and soldering the wires to ensure signal integrity. After done desinging, our team created a drawing document to communciate design intent, and specifications of the design.

Here is an example FEA analysis I did on the top frame, which shows pretty good resilience when 10 pounds of force is applied to the top.
